Refund and Cancellation Policy
The products sold at Lexuro Shop are digital content. Within the framework of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, exceptions to the right of withdrawal can be applied to digital content that is instantly performed.
Non-refundable situations
- E-pin, license key or similar digital codes transmitted to your account/delivery area after payment
- Wrong product, wrong platform or wrong region selection with user error
- Account restriction, ban or activation denials of third party platforms (Steam, Xbox, Riot, etc.) (where the code is validly delivered)
Conditions for refund / correction
- Orders for which payment has been received but the code could not be delivered due to technical reasons
- Proven faulty/non-working code is reported to us and verified by the stock team
- Duplicate collections or system-induced double withdrawals
Application period and method
As soon as you notice the issue, report it through Support with your order number, product name, and screenshot. Renewal code or return processes are operated when deemed appropriate. In the case of refunded payments, the duration depends on the procedure of the relevant payment institution.
